Tiered Facilitator Prerequisites

Overview

To ensure the high-fidelity delivery of the “What Really Happened” (WRH) Master Curriculum, facilitators must meet specific prerequisite standards. These requirements scale across all 75 sessions and are divided into three professional tiers.


1.0 Prerequisite Matrix

Tier Designation Authorized Scope Prerequisites
Tier 1 Foundational Facilitator Sessions 1–26 - 40 hours of WRH System Logic Training
- Proficiency in RGP (Regulation Grounding Protocol)
- Background in Peer Support or Behavioral Health
Tier 2 Core Facilitator Sessions 1–56 - Tier 1 Certification + 60 additional hours
- Successful delivery of one full Foundation Cohort
- Advanced Somatic Redline Recognition Training
Tier 3 Master Facilitator Sessions 1–75+ - Tier 2 Certification + 100 additional hours
- Institutional Risk Management Certification
- Authorization to train other facilitators

2.0 Core Competencies (All Tiers)

Regardless of tier, all facilitators must demonstrate mastery in the following “Hardened” competencies:

2.1 System Logic Translation

The ability to translate complex trauma responses into engineering and mechanical metaphors without losing the human element.

2.2 Safety Protocol Adherence

Strict adherence to the Standardized Safety Language Template and the ability to execute a “Warm Handoff” to clinical staff.

2.3 Script Fidelity

Maintaining the integrity of the Core Script while managing room energy. Facilitators must understand that the script is a “Hardened” asset designed for safety.
