The WRH Master Curriculum, encompassing the System Logic Translation framework, the 26 Laws of Survival, the Regulation Grounding Protocol (RGP), and all associated methodologies, content, structures, and scripts, constitutes a unique and proprietary educational methodology. These intellectual assets are rigorously protected under applicable international and domestic copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Capitol Contracts LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the WRH Master Curriculum.

2.0 Authorized Usage and Restrictions

Institutional purchasers, including federal agencies, are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the WRH Master Curriculum solely for internal, non-commercial psychoeducational purposes, strictly under the following conditions:

2.1 Content Integrity: The integrity of the 76-session curriculum must be maintained. No portion of the curriculum, including individual sessions, may be omitted, summarized, modified, or altered in any manner without the express prior written authorization of Capitol Contracts LLC.
2.2 Restricted Redistribution: The curriculum, in whole or in part, shall not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or redistributed to any third party or entity outside the purchasing institution or designated cohort without explicit written consent from Capitol Contracts LLC.
2.3 Non-Commercial Use: The curriculum is licensed for internal institutional use only and shall not be exploited for direct commercial gain, resale as a standalone product, or integration into commercial offerings by the licensee or its facilitators.

3.0 Attribution and Branding Requirements

All authorized deliveries and reproductions of the WRH Master Curriculum, whether in digital or physical format, shall prominently display the following attribution:

Facilitators and institutions are solely responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all established safety protocols, including the Safety Planning Intervention (SPI) warm handoff procedures, and for exercising professional judgment in all aspects of program delivery. The purchasing institution agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Capitol Contracts LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the WRH Master Curriculum.

5.0 Federal and Institutional Compliance Mandates

The WRH Master Curriculum is meticulously designed to align with and support Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) clinical practice guidelines, as well as Joint Commission standards for behavioral health services. Adherence to the provided scripts, protocols, and facilitator guidelines is paramount. Any unauthorized deviation from the established curriculum content or delivery methodology will immediately void the compliance certification of the delivery and may result in the revocation of usage rights.
