2.0 Session 12 Compliance Overlays
This session utilizes the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to ensure participant safety during the “Parts Audit” exercise.
Hardened Safety Markers
- The Anchor (0:00-8:00): Mandatory RGP (Regulation Grounding Protocol) must be performed exactly as scripted.
- The Mechanism (35:00-55:00): Whiteboard mapping must follow the linear “System Logic” flow to prevent cognitive fragmentation.
- The Shift (72:00-75:00): Must include the “Yellow/Red Light” autonomy check.
3.0 Facilitator Prerequisites
To facilitate this Version 5.0 Pilot session, the following prerequisites must be met:
- Certification Level: Tier 2 (Core) or higher.
- Safety Training: Completion of the Somatic Redline Recognition module.
- Compliance: Active understanding of VHA Directive 1030.
