Purpose: Make them want the 5-week Top 10 Core so badly they clear their calendar.

Listen up.

I’m not here to ask how you feel. I’m not here to hold your hand.

I’m here to tell you why your brain feels like a fire alarm that won’t shut off – and what you can actually do about it.

Most programs ask: “What’s wrong with you?”

We don’t care.

Most programs want your story.

We don’t want it.

Most programs try to fix your feelings.

We’re here to look at your wiring.

[5:00 – 10:00] THE RESCUE BOAT – WHY YOU’RE NOT WEAK

Now let’s talk about the thing you’re most ashamed of.

The bottle. The pipe. The pill. The rage. The isolation. The thing you reach for when the noise in your head won’t stop.

Here’s what they never told you.

When that alarm won’t shut off, you reach for anything that dials it down long enough to breathe and stay alive another night. That’s the rescue boat.

Society loves to blame the boat. “You’re just an addict. Weak. Selfish. Why can’t you just stop?”

They never ask why the boat launched in the first place. They don’t want to look at the storm that made the water so rough you needed anything to keep from drowning.

The rescue boat is not the enemy. The rescue boat is proof you still wanted to live.

Here’s exactly what you’ll learn:

Week 1 – Why You Feel This Way Laws 1 & 2: The Alarm and The Ghosts. Why you can’t relax and why you carry weight you didn’t earn.

Week 2 – Why You Get Stuck Laws 3 & 9: The Shelter and The Freeze. Why you stay in bad patterns and why you lock up when it matters.

Week 3 – Anger and Vigilance Laws 4 & 8: The Mourning and The Exit. Why rage is a funeral and why you never feel safe.

Week 4 – How You Act Laws 5 & 7: The War-Work and The Disappearing. Why overwork is panic and why you erase yourself.

Week 5 – Who You Are Laws 6 & 10: The Mirror and The Circuit Breaker. Why you think you’re a monster and why you leave your body.
